Asana and Pranayama

Introduction to Asana & Pranamaya Class:
Daily, Monday – Friday, 6:30am, free.The morning is an ideal time to connect with the body and breath, and calm your mind through asana. If you are staying at the ashram, you may use this time for private practice on our new covered, open air roof-top yoga shala, which overlooks our lush garden! 

Introduction to Satyananda Bihar Yoga: 
Fridays, 11:30am -1:00pm, free session.
