Introduction: Come to our little piece of paradise, and join our amazing Ayurveda retreat combined with Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The retreat will focus on practical Ayurveda and how to integrate Ayurvedic principles in your daily life and create a significant life change. It is about knowing yourself from an ayurvedic point of view and taking conscious care of yourself. The retreat includes a personnal ayurvedic consultation to identify your doshas, daily checks, 2 ayurvedic treatments (massages), and daily ayurveda theory class. Treatments will be tailor made and focus on detox, stress management and self care. You will also learn and practice Hatha Yoga as taught in the Satyananda Bihar Tradition, practice daily asanas, pranayama, chanting & meditation, and experience living a spiritual life. The program is designed to explore your deeper consciousness.

The ashram is not a resort, not a guest house, it is an ashram where people live simply on an organic farm with a Play School. Our ashram holds an open, loving atmosphere of diverse individuals who function much like a spiritual family. We eat, chant, meditate, sing, learn, work, and play together.
